During its ownership, Thompson Street Capital Partners helped support Len the Plumber’s (LTP) growth by supplementing an already strong management team with a CXO and VP of Corporate Development hire, completing six strategic add-on acquisitions and implementing Service Titan, an industry-leading field service management software solution which enhanced LTP’s field operations.

Over the course of the partnership, LTP expanded its geographic footprint through both organic green field branch openings and add-on acquisitions, and also added HVAC services to is portfolio.
