Thompson Street Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today that one of its portfolio companies, Allied 100 (www.aedsuperstore.com), a leading supplier of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), has completed its acquisition of Annuvia. San Francisco-based Annuvia (www.annuvia.com and www.onlineoversight.com) is a top provider of turnkey solutions for AED medical direction services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Annuvia’s solutions are offered through its ARCH software, which arranges compliance with State Medical Direction requirements, provides customer-specific AED program guidelines, assists in registering AEDs with local emergency response groups and notifies customers when critical replacements of pads and batteries are recommended.
