StayLock Storage®, a self-storage company headquartered in St. Louis, announced today its acquisition of LaPorte Indiana-based A-Z Self Storage. StayLock Storage is a platform company of Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis in partnership with Cequel III, a St. Louis-based management and investment firm. A-Z Self Storage is a provider of self-storage space in the La Porte, Indiana area. Terms of the transaction were not announced.
A-Z Self Storage (www.staylockstorage.com), with locations in La Porte and Plymouth, Indiana and Paw Paw, Michigan, will be now be under the StayLock brand umbrella. The Company features 600 well-lit storage units – many of which are equipped with perimeter fencing, gated access and video surveillance – comprising 110,000 thousand square feet of storage space over its four locations.
