Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today that they have completed the sale of BCC Software (BCC) to DMT Solutions Global Corporation (d/b/a BlueCrest), a portfolio company of private equity firm Platinum Equity. Headquartered in Rochester, New York, BCC is the leading provider of presort automation software and data quality solutions to mailers and direct marketers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
During its ownership of BCC Software, Thompson Street Capital Partners accelerated BCC’s growth by forming new channel partnerships, improving product performance, optimizing pricing and executing a transformative add-on acquisition.
