Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today it has completed the sale of Custom Wheel House, LLC (CWH) to Fox Factory, Inc., (FOX) a subsidiary of Fox Factory Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FOXF).
CWH, based out of Rancho Dominguez, California, designs, markets, and distributes high-performance wheels, performance off-road tires, and accessories. The family of brands includes their premier flagship brand Method Race Wheels, along with Tensor Tire, and GMZ Race Products, which are geared towards the manufacturing and distribution of off-road performance products for automotive, truck, and utility vehicles.

During its ownership of CWH, TSCP worked with management to accelerate the Company’s progress through expanding its direct-to-consumer channel, pursuing OEM relationships, and opening distribution centers into new markets, namely Texas.
