Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today that its portfolio company, Alpaca Audiology, has acquired South Bend, Indiana-based Darr & Associates (Darr). The Company offers a complete range of diagnostic and preventative hearing healthcare professional services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Darr & Associates’ (www.darr-associates.com) services include: hearing aid screening, evaluations, hearing aid sales, fitting and programming, and rehabilitative and preventative counseling. The Company’s product offerings feature the industry’s latest technological advancements, allowing them to provide the most current hearing healthcare options.
The Darr acquisition significantly expands Alpaca’s market-leading reach in Michigan by adding locations in Kalamazoo and Sturgis while also increasing the Company’s presence in Indiana with locations in South Bend and Elkhart.
