Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Batavia, New York laundry processing facility of Angelica Corporation (Angelica Batavia), the fifth acquisition for Healthcare Linen Services Group, LLC (HLSG), a TSCP portfolio company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Angelica Batavia provides laundry processing services to some of the largest acute care facilities and hospitals in western New York and eastern Ohio. The acquisition will allow HLSG to expand further in the Great Lakes region and acquire additional capacity to target new business.
