Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, has announced that its portfolio company Healthcare Linen Services Group (formerly Logan’s Linens/Superior Health Linens) has acquired Rochester, Minnesota-based Textile Care Services (TCS). TCS is a provider of linen services to the Healthcare and Hospitality industries. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
TCS (www.textilecs.com), provides high-quality, on-time healthcare linen rental services to hospitality and healthcare providers within a 200 mile radius of Rochester, MN. The Company enjoys an excellent reputation for customer service and product selection and exceeds the processing standards of state and federal requirements.
