Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today that BCM One, a TSCP portfolio company, has acquired CoreDial from members of management and LLR Partners, a Philadelphia-based Private Equity firm. CoreDial is a Blue Bell, PA-based provider of leading white label UCaaS services sold throughout the United States. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition of CoreDial, following BCM One’s previous acquisitions of SkySwitch and Arena One, gives BCM One a significant footprint in the UCaaS space and allows it to serve customers with a variety of leading products.
