Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today its acquisition of LincLogix (www.linclogix.com), a leading reseller of managed technology solutions based in Indianapolis, Indiana. LincLogix specifically offers data and voice solutions to multi-site businesses with a niche in the manufacturing, retail and healthcare verticals. The acquisition represents an investment by BCM One to grow its commercial and sales organizations while expanding its geographical footprint. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

BCM One will further expand its geographical footprint to Indiana as a result of the transaction and will retain Mr. Eigenbrod and his management team to continue to grow and support BCM One’s direct customer base.
