Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today that one of its portfolio companies, FocusVision, has acquired the assets of ActiveGroup after the company ceased operations. The Atlanta-based company was a provider of video streaming solutions to the qualitative market research industry. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
According to TSCP Managing Director Bob Dunn, “ActiveGroup built a solid reputation as a video streaming solutions provider. We are excited to add these assets to FocusVision, already the leading global provider of web-based video streaming, archiving and analytical solutions for the qualitative market research industry.”
