StayLock Storage®, a self-storage company headquartered in St. Louis, announced today its acquisition of Bettendorf AAA Storage (Bettendorf). StayLock Storage is a platform company of Thompson Street Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in St. Louis, in partnership with Cequel III, a St. Louis-based management and investment firm. Bettendorf, Iowa-based Bettendorf AAA Storage is a provider of self-storage spaces. Terms of the transaction were not announced.
Bettendorf (www.staylockstorage.com), will now be under the growing “StayLock Storage” umbrella. The company features clean, secure, well-lighted and easily accessible storage facilities for short or long-term needs. There is ample space for household goods, plus large RVs, autos, boats or four-wheelers. The acquisition of Bettendorf AAA Storage gives StayLock Storage a larger presence in the quad-city Iowa area.
