StayLock Storage®, a self-storage company headquartered in St. Louis, announced today its acquisition of central Indiana-based Community Storage. StayLock Storage is a platform company of Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis in partnership with Cequel III, a St. Louis-based management and investment firm. Community Storage is a leading provider of self-storage space in the central Indiana area. Terms of the transaction were not announced.
Now under the StayLock Storage brand (www.staylockstorage.com), Community Storage features 15 locations and totals 692,661 square feet of storage space comprising 5,039 storage units.
