StayLock Storage®, a self-storage company headquartered in St. Louis, announced today its acquisition of Elkhart, Indiana-based Iron Gate Self Storage (Iron Gate). StayLock Storage is a platform company of Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis in partnership with Cequel III, a St. Louis-based management and investment firm. Iron Gate is a provider of self-storage space in the Elkhart, Indiana area. Terms of the transaction were not announced.
Iron Gate (www.staylockstorage.com) is now part of the rapidly growing StayLock brand. The six facilities that make up Iron Gate feature 1,466 storage units with 289,302 total square feet over 37 acres. The company features secure regular and climate-controlled units, plus heated indoor or climate-controlled storage for RVs, vehicles, boats or motorcycles.
