Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today that its portfolio company, T-Base Communications, has acquired Minneapolis, Minnesota-based Accessible360 (A360), a rapidly growing digital accessibility provider. Combining T-Base’s highly automated and secure document accessibility capabilities with A360’s web and digital accessibility expertise creates a comprehensive accessibility solution for enterprise customers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2016, A360 (www.accessible360.com) is a leading digital accessibility auditing firm that helps organizations better serve the needs of users with disabilities across websites, mobile apps and other digital assets and remain compliant with international guidelines. A360 leverages proprietary technology and subject matter experts to effectively serve hundreds of customers in diverse end markets across the globe.
