Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today that its portfolio company Alpaca Audiology has acquired Mountain Home, Arkansas-based Taylor Hearing Centers (Taylor). The Company provides diagnostic hearing testing, hearing instruments and hearing health care services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Taylor Hearing Centers (www.taylorhearingcenters.com) specializes in individually designed hearing treatment plans, custom created for each patient’s unique needs. The Company employs state-of-the-art testing technology, including video otoscopy, to examine and diagnose the type and severity of the client’s hearing loss. The Taylor product line features its iQ line of high quality hearing instruments – A4i™ iQ, A4™ iQ and Invisibel™ Synergy® iQ.
Founded in 1987, Taylor serves a two-state area that comprises the Arkansas cities of Cherokee Village, Clinton, Heber Springs, Jonesboro, Mountain Home (HQ), and Mountain View, and the Tennessee cities of Collierville, Memphis, Munford and Savannah.
