Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, has announced that its portfolio company ControlScan has acquired Dunbar Cybersecurity, a division of Dunbar Security Solutions. The Hunt Valley, Maryland-based Dunbar Cybersecurity incorporates the latest cyber security technologies and techniques into clients’ existing systems and devices. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1923, Dunbar Security Solutions (www.dunbarsecuritysolutions.com), has developed world-class cybersecurity solutions that not only protect against cyber attacks, but in some cases can anticipate them. Dunbar Cybersecurity offers its clients 360-degree protection through intrusion detection, vulnerability scanning and Advanced Endpoint Threat Detection. The Company’s robust Security Operations Center (SOC) and proprietary SIEM platform, Cyphon, help clients manage an increasing number of cyber threats.
