Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today that they have partnered with management to recapitalize Palisade Corporation (Palisade), an Ithaca, New York-based provider of risk modeling and decision analysis software. Lincoln International served as the exclusive financial advisor to Palisade. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
