StayLock Storage®, a self-storage company headquartered in St. Louis, announced today its acquisition of Fort Wayne-based Secure Hold Storage (Secure Hold). StayLock Storage is a platform company of Thompson Street Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in St. Louis in partnership with Cequel III, a St. Louis-based management and investment firm. Secure Hold is a provider of self-storage space. Terms of the transaction were not announced.
Secure Hold (www.staylockstorage.com), with locations in Fort Wayne and Auburn, Indiana, joins the growing StayLock brand. The acquisition has 503 secure storage units that total 53,000 square feet of rental space. Many of the units are temperature controlled and all are protected with perimeter fencing, bright security lighting and 24-hour video surveillance.
