Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today that its portfolio company Alpaca Audiology has acquired Indianapolis-based Resolution Hearing Group, LLC (Resolution HG). Resolution HG (www.resolutionhg.com), works closely with audiologists, physicians, and administrators to formulate strategies for improvement of practice infrastructure, operations, growth and profitability. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Resolution HG services help practices identify opportunities for enhancements in areas such as call triage, patient flow, practice analysis, audiologist assessment and training, and expense containment. The Company aids practices in developing and implementing action plans and marketing strategies that best parallel practice/project objectives.
