Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today that its portfolio company Global Software, Inc., has acquired Maastricht, Netherlands-based Spreadsheet Software, author of the Excel-based audit platform, SheetRight. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Spreadsheet Software’s SheetRight is a powerful Excel-based software platform that analyzes and processes spreadsheets in seconds to clean, optimize and inspect workbooks for errors and inconsistencies. SheetRight’s major strength is enabling its users to build spreadsheets free of errors, thereby facilitating better decision-making, enhanced user efficiency, and better quality reports.
