Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today that they have partnered with management to acquire Pulse Veterinary Technologies, LLC (PulseVet). The company is a leading provider of technology, therapeutic devices and related consumables for the treatment of specific types of medical disorders in veterinary patients. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
