Thompson Street Capital Partners Continues Growth of BCM One by Completing Third Acquisition in the Managed Services Space

ST. LOUIS (December 2, 2019) – Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, alongside the founders and management of BCM One, a New York, New York-based managed service provider announced today that they have completed the acquisition of Arena One. New York, New York-based Arena One (www.arena1.com) is a provider of UCaaS technology solutions and services to customers across the United States. W.G. Nielson, led by Ray Hernandez, served as the exclusive financial advisor to Arena One. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
