Thompson Street Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in St. Louis, has announced the sale of two of its three TriStar Global Energy Solutions business units to HydroChemPSC, a Deer Park, Texas headquartered provider of industrial cleaning solutions to the petrochemical and other energy end markets. The two units involved in the sale are PetroServ tank cleaning and Global Vapor Control degassing. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The third of the three TriStar business units is ZymeFlow Decon Technology (ZymeFlow), in which TSCP retains a majority interest. Going forward, TriStar Global Energy Solutions will be rebranded as ZymeFlow Decon Technology.
