ISTO Biologics (ISTO), a Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) portfolio company, today announced that it has acquired Progenicare LLC., (Progenicare) of Austin, Texas. Progenicare is a manufacturer’s representative and distributor of medical devices and solutions used primarily in orthopedic and cardiac medicine applications. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Progenicare (www.progenicare.com) is a leading provider of biologic products for various regenerative applications, focusing on orthopedic, spine, vascular, and cosmetic indications.
