Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, in partnership with Cequel III, a St. Louis-based management and investment firm, announced today the acquisition of Elkhart #2 Storage, a provider of self storage in the Elkhart, Indiana area. Terms of the transaction were not announced.
Elkhart #2 Storage is one of the seven member companies of the StayLock™ brand. The four locations that make up Elkhart #2 feature 1,871 storage units with 227,790 square feet of rentable storage space. This brings StayLock’s total rentable storage space in the Elkhart, IN area to 517,092 square feet with 3,317 storage units.
