Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today that they have completed the sale of Pulse Veterinary Technologies, LLC (PulseVet) to New York City-based private equity firm Branford Castle Partners. Headquartered in Alpharetta, GA, PulseVet is the leading provider of extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT) equipment for the minimally-invasive treatment of joint and soft tissue disorders in veterinary patients. TSCP was advised through the sale by MHT Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
