Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today that they have completed the sale of Connecticut Electric, Inc. to Chicago-based private equity firm Onward Capital. Connecticut Electric is a designer, manufacturer and distributor of specialty electrical components. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Connecticut Electric’s product offering includes proprietary branded circuit breakers, manual transfer switches, power outlets, and accessories sold through electrical distributors, hardware stores and home improvement retailers.
