Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today that its portfolio company Marmic Fire & Safety Co. (Marmic) has acquired Indiana-based Brenneco Fire Protection (Brenneco), a provider of commercial fire protection services. This is the third add-on acquisition for Marmic since partnering with TSCP in August of 2018. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Brenneco is a safety and security services company featuring an expert team of certified professionals to provide inspection, maintenance, and installation services for fire protection and security systems. Based in Carroll County, Brenneco serves Central Indiana including the Greater Lafayette and Indianapolis areas.
