Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today that it has partnered with management to acquire FocusVision Worldwide, Inc. (FocusVision) of Stamford, Connecticut. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
FocusVision is the leading global provider of web-based video streaming, archiving and analytical solutions for the qualitative market research industry.
